The Hammond Creative Process Helps you identify the unique issues that are causing your company's success to be less than ideal. We first meet with key individuals. We listen. We probe for both the capabilities and the areas of weakness.

Hammond Creative works with you to develop a Personal Success Plan which you can use to bring balance into your work and personal life.

How does it work? You take a pain-free Pre-'test', followed by a 3-day intensive workshop (usually with 15-20 of your co-workers), followed by a year of Net-based coaching.
